Registered Nurse - w/ SOB

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CDI Specialist who holds an active U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license with Compact State privileges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of clinical documentation to ensure that patient records reflect the severity of illness, risk of mortality, and complexity of care.

Qualifications:

• Active PHRN and USRN license (Compact State preferred)
• At least 3 years of clinical/hospital experience in medical-surgical areas. (ICU, Telemetry, and Emergency Department)
• Demonstrated proficiency in the diagnosis, recognition of signs and symptoms, interpretation of diagnostic tests, and management of common medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension (HTN), congestive heart failure (CHF), cerebrovascular accident (CVA), sepsis, encephalopathy, acute kidney injury (AKI), and chronic kidney disease (CKD).
