Job Description - Relationship Manager

First Circle, a leading fintech company in the Philippines, is looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

We are a trusted partner of the Philippine government and the official Finance Partner of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Additionally, we are a pioneer data provider to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) and the very first FinTech company to be licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and key people, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients whilst using our products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the banking, financial services, or lending industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferably with existing network and connections within the business community.
  • Salary dependent on experience level, plus bonus incentives for strong performance.
