We are currently seeking a Reliever - Patient Experience Officer to join our team supporting an Australian healthcare client. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional responses to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, changes, and general queries.
Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to escalate issues or concerns as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations related to patient information.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the patient experience team.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear Australian accent preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to patient management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work day shifts according to Australian client hours.
