We are currently seeking a Reliever - Patient Experience Officer to join our team supporting an Australian healthcare client. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional responses to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, changes, and general queries.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to escalate issues or concerns as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations related to patient information.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the patient experience team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear Australian accent preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to patient management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work day shifts according to Australian client hours.

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
