About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Retail Specialist Chargeback who will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, disputing and tracking chargeback claims from Retailers and collaborating with Internal Teams (Operations, Sales, and Finance) to gather essential information for comprehensive disclosure.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Reviewing, analyzing and disputing chargebacks claims from retailers.
• Collaborating with the internal teams (Ops, Sales, and Finance) to gather necessary information for comprehensive disclosure.

• Bachelor in Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in reviewing, analyzing, and disputing chargeback claims from Retailers.
• Familiarity with EDI Systems
• Experience in Retailer Portals
• Desired Skills
• Knowledge in Supplypike.
• Experience in NetSuite.
