Role Overview

Our client is hiring an Outreach Manager to expand their creator, affiliate, and merchant networks. This role is highly execution-driven and requires strong communication skills, CRM management, and persistence to drive growth at scale.

Responsibilities

• Execute mass outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, TikTok DM, and affiliate platforms.
• Research, segment, and build creator/merchant outreach lists.
• Personalize high-volume outreach while maintaining efficiency.
• Manage responses, track outreach metrics, and refine campaigns.
• Support influencer specialists by handing off qualified leads.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure outreach aligns with client goals.
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales development, recruiting, or influencer outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and outreach automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Cognism, etc.).
• Metrics-driven, capable of managing 100+ outreaches daily.
• Knowledge of TikTok, affiliate ecosystems, or e-commerce is a plus.
