We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Logistics Coordinator with Australian business experience, expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables), and strong e-commerce/Shopify expertise. You will manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth order flow across suppliers, warehouses, and customers. This role requires someone proactive, commercially minded, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate reports and supporting operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics, shipments, and inventory across suppliers, warehouses, and customers
Track stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and maintain accurate records
Prepare invoices, reconcile payments, and support financial reporting
Manage and optimize Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, including listings, pricing, and inventory
Analyze data using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Excel reports to support commercial decisions
Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and streamline operations
Proven Australian market experience in logistics, accounts, or e-commerce
Expert in Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)
Solid experience with Shopify and online marketplace management
Strong commercial sense, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
