This role will be remote in the Philippines. We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage the daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. Perform month-end reconciliations, calculate KPIs, do period over period flux analysis and assist with process automation and execution of internal controls. This role will report to the AR Manager.

You are a good fit if you have experience:

• Creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing


• Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite


• Collecting invoices ranging in dollar value


• Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers


• Working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)


• Invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)

You'll have an edge if you have experience:

• Working with Happyfox, Slack, and Notion


• Performing account and billing address/contact updates within Salesforce


• Working with bankruptcy filings


• Performing an Accounts Receivable Reserve Analysis
