Ad Designer

We’re looking for a talented Ad Designer to join our growing creative network and help produce high-impact ad creatives that drive real results.

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor, Part-time (10 hrs/week) with potential to transition to full-time 
Rate: $~240/month (based on a 10-hour workweek, depending on experience level)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Time Zone: CET working hours (Netherlands)

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging, conversion-focused ad creatives using Canva, working from existing images, stock footage, product photos, and other assets
• Design with e-commerce in mind — every visual should be optimized to perform and drive action
• Collaborate with the head designer, who will provide copy/text and overall creative direction
• Ensure all files are well-organized, editable, and easy for the team to tweak when needed
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all designs
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital advertising

• At least 1 year of proven experience designing ads, ideally for e-commerce or performance marketing campaigns
• Strong Canva skills — you know how to create clean, effective, and editable designs quickly
• An eye for layout, color, and typography, and a strong understanding of what makes people click
• Experience working with stock images and turning them into compelling, on-brand creatives
• Bonus: Basic understanding of ad copywriting or marketing psychology
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive — able to work independently with minimal feedback
