Job Description - Administration Officer - (UK shift) - Work from Home

The Administration Officer provides day-to-day administrative support to help ensure documentation, records, and internal processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role supports the wider team through data entry, record maintenance, workflow support, and general administration, while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter information into internal systems accurately and consistently
  • Ensure records are complete, up to date, and compliant with internal standards
  • Maintain organised records and documentation across internal systems
  • Support the wider team with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • Support day-to-day operational administration as required
  • Work closely with team members to ensure administration processes are completed correctly and smoothly
  • Check for missing, incomplete, or unclear information and escalate where clarification is required
  • Complete tasks within agreed timeframes while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and in line with company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline administrative workflows
  • Other position-level duties as they arise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative, office support, or similar coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using internal systems and learning new software tools quickly
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Reliable and consistent approach to completing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • No prior insurance experience is required, with full training to be provided
