Job Description - Administrative and Travel Coordinator

BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on markets throughout the Western United States.  The Company is vertically integrated, with offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Seattle. Our 30-year track record and balance sheet allow us to move quickly and creatively, structuring acquisitions to satisfy sellers’ needs in a highly competitive market.  Today, the Company owns and manages approximately 10 million square feet across 18 states.
 

LOCATION AND WORK HOURS:

The Administrative and Travel Coordinator will maintain virtual support to the Company from any location in the Philippines and will work during standard US Pacific Time business hours. 
 

DUTIES
 

  • Facilitate corporate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate executive communications and interface with internal and external business partners
  • Schedule and manage meetings and appointments
  • Assist in maintaining an organized filing system of electronic documents
  • Assist in the coordination of the Company’s marketing and branding programs
  • Prepare reports and analysis of special projects as required
  • Uphold and maintain strict adherence to matters of confidential nature
  • Complete other projects as assigned.
 

QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience booking corporate travel
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Yardi Voyager experience a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization and with outside parties
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and must be a team player
