Job Description - Appointment Setter

Are you confident on the phone and thrive in a role where results matter? Do you have strong call experience and love turning interest into action? We're looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter to help us take our warm leads to the next level — booking quality calls with our sales team.

Fulltime - EST Timezone

What You’ll Do:

Call warm leads who have shown interest in our products/services.

Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and book appointments with our sales closers.

Follow scripts with confidence while adding your personal touch.

Manage and track daily outreach activity using our CRM tools.

Provide feedback on lead quality and continuously improve call performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in outbound/inbound calls, preferably in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation.

Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Persuasive, energetic, and confident with a strong sense of urgency.

Organized and tech-savvy with basic CRM experience.

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with US-based clients or in a similar time zone.

Have previous experience setting appointments for a SALES Company
