Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Outbound Sales Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We’re hiring experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. You’ll be responsible for making high-volume calls to prospective leads daily using an auto-dialing system. This role is ideal for individuals with prior cold-calling experience who can follow a script, manage conversations professionally, and consistently drive interest in our services.

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PHP 30,000/month
• With Performance Bonuses: Up to PHP 60,000/month

Duties:

• Make 600–700 outbound calls per day through PhoneBurner (auto-dialer)
• Engage prospects, follow a provided script, and set qualified appointments
• Maintain call activity logs and update lead status accordingly
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions

• Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
• Confident phone communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume calls with an auto-dialer
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
