Their approach focuses on delivering real lifestyle transformations through a structured methodology centered on Fitness, Accountability, Nutrition, Community, and Education.
Clients receive personalized strength-based training along with continuous support through a proprietary app that tracks workouts, nutrition, and activity data. The company fosters a strong, community-driven culture and is currently in a growth phase, expanding its digital lead generation and structured sales processes.
The client is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to convert warm leads into scheduled coaching consultations. This role involves quickly contacting new leads, engaging prospects through calls and follow-ups, and booking qualified appointments for the in-person sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and able to build rapport quickly. This role plays a key part in driving company growth by ensuring leads are properly nurtured and moved efficiently through the sales pipeline.
Contact new leads within five minutes of inquiry to maximize conversion opportunities
Provide clear information about coaching programs and answer prospect questions
Build rapport and generate interest in the six-week transformation program
Conduct 50–60 outbound calls daily
Re-engage older leads within the CRM
Maintain structured outreach strategies to ensure high contact rates
Qualify leads to determine fit for coaching programs
Schedule consultations for the sales team
Support the goal of at least 40 booked appointments per month
Execute follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email
Re-engage no-shows and unresponsive leads
Maintain consistent communication until appointments are secured
Track all lead interactions in GoHighLevel
Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses
Keep the pipeline organized and up to date
Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Experience handling high-volume outbound calls
Experience using GoHighLevel
Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward booking
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads
Strong English communication skills
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Experience handling warm leads from digital marketing channels
Background in fitness, wellness, or coaching industries
Highly proactive and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
