Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Draftsperson or Architect with deep experience in retail fit-outs and rollout projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, produces builder-ready documentation with minimal supervision, and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent site designs.

Key Responsibilities: 

Create full construction documentation, joinery details, and builder-ready drawings with precision and speed. 

Produce high-quality renders and visualizations using Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent. 

Translate design concepts into accurate CAD and BIM outputs for quick service retail, cafés, and similar spaces. 

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, accessibility, and retail-specific compliance requirements. 

Maintain organized document control and versioning, especially in multi-site rollout projects. 

Communicate proactively with team members across time zones, providing regular progress updates. 

Adapt quickly to feedback and shifting project priorities, maintaining quality under pressure. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

Minimum 3 years drafting/drawing experience in retail environments (not residential). 

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape). 

Strong understanding of retail-specific codes and compliance, including accessibility. 

Demonstrated ability to work fast and accurately—especially on tight turnaround times. 

Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote team. 

Bonus Qualifications: 

Experience working on multi-site rollouts. 

Familiarity with document control systems and managing stakeholder inputs across multiple revisions. 

General Requirements: 

Clear spoken and written English communication. 

Own hardware/software setup ready for remote work. 

High level of responsiveness, reliability, and availability for AEST-timezone meetings.
