Architect (Luxury Single-Family Homes) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with at least 5 years of experience, specializing in luxury single-family home design. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience working on high-end residential projects — particularly within the Carolinas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and detailing of luxury single-family homes from concept through completion
• Develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed construction documents
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and local agencies to ensure project success
• Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and HOA guidelines specific to the Carolinas

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• At least 5 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury single-family residential projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction detailing, residential building systems, and architectural best practices
• Familiarity with building codes, permitting, and construction standards in the Carolinas preferred
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours
