Architect (New York City Multifamily Experience) | Permanent WFH

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Architect who knows the ins and outs of New York City multifamily projects like the back of their hand. The candidate must have  5+ years of experience, have mastered the art of CD sets, and can use Revit software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading the charge on multifamily residential projects in NYC.
• Creating high-quality Construction Document (CD) sets that are clean, and compliant.
• Collaborating with a talented team while working 100% remotely
• Managing design and documentation through Revit software.
• Navigating NYC building codes and zoning with ease

• Registered Architect
• 5+ years of architectural experience
• Strong background in multifamily projects in New York City is a MUST
• Expertise in Revit
• Experience producing CD sets independently
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting
• English Resume/CV Required
