Compensation range: 2,500-3,000 AUD/month

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Artworker to join our client's creative team, with a strong focus on print production and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be confident working autonomously to deliver high-quality creative outputs across various print and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute design briefs accurately and efficiently.


• Resize, adapt, and version out assets for different channels (e.g. social, email, packaging, OOH)


• Check and proofread artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.


• Ensure final outputs meet print production standards and brand guidelines.


• Handle 1–2 projects per day, balancing speed with quality.


• Create and adapt artwork for a range of deliverables including for digital and print (80% print , 20% digital assets: Menu cards, coasters, social media posts, and activation and campaign assets.


• Support the creative team with occasional layout design or quick-turnaround projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar artwork or production design role.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a must).


• Skilled in creating and retouching basic animations.


• A sharp eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.


• Strong understanding of print production processes, specs, and colour management.


• Experience with digital file preparation (e.g. web banners, email graphics).


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.


• A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
