Job Description - Assistant Community Manager

Onnyt Global Onnyt Global is a Chicago-based property management company supporting homeowner associations (HOAs) across the U.S. We manage the full financial and operational lifecycle for our association clients, and our global team is at the heart of how we deliver high-quality service at scale. We're growing fast and building the team to match.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager based in the Philippines to support a Chicago-based Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of an HOA portfolio. You'll be the first point of contact for owners, board members, and vendors — managing tickets, calls, and documentation with professionalism and speed. This is a remote, night-shift role aligned to U.S. Central Time (PHT: 9 PM–6 AM).

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails from HOA owners, board members, and vendors
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in Vantaca, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Research and resolve accounts receivable (owner) and accounts payable (vendor) payment discrepancies
  • Prepare, track, and route documents for electronic signature via DocuSign
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks across an HOA portfolio in collaboration with a U.S.-based Community Manager
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients and vendors on business needs and status updates

What We're Looking For (Required)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or property management
  • Exceptional written and spoken English — client-facing communication with U.S. customers is core to this role
  • Proficiency with web-based tools: Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), DocuSign, and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open tickets and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively flagging issues to your manager
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available to work night shift (approx. 9 PM–6 AM PHT)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in HOA, property management, or real estate administration
  • Familiarity with Vantaca or similar property management software
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in a BPO, shared services, or remote capacity

  • Philippines | Night shift: ~9 PM–6 AM PHT (aligned to U.S. Central Time)
