We’re working with a fast-paced founder producing short-form, personality-driven videos for multiple consumer product brands. These aren’t your typical edits—they’re scroll-stopping, punchy, and built to convert. We’re looking for a world-class freelance video editor to help bring this energy to life.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Edit Like a Pro 🎞️: Transform raw founder-led footage into sharp, high-converting 30–90 second edits for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Bring the Energy ⚡: Add captions, callouts, sound effects, memes, and motion graphics to emphasize key moments
• Stick to the Brief 📋: Match winning video references in tone, pacing, and storytelling (we’ll provide examples)
• Stay Fast, Stay Sharp 🛠️: Deliver polished, detail-oriented edits with a 1–2 day turnaround
• Collaborate Asynchronously 🤝: Communicate efficiently with our team without hand-holding or micromanagement
