Bilingual Compliance Support Officer (Mandarin/English)

Our client is a family-owned Perth-based commercial and property development company with over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality, design-led projects, offering integrated in-house design, engineering, planning, and construction services that prioritise client vision, budget, and timeline.

They are now seeking a highly organised Compliance Support Officer to join their growing remote team

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and interpret standards and specifications related to Australian compliance requirements
• Manage and structure digital files and reports
• Prepare, update, and maintain regulatory documents and supplier files
• Use Microsoft Excel and other smart tools to streamline and support compliance workflows
• Collaborate with related businesses and assist with ad hoc compliance admin when needed

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English – written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other documentation tools
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organised
• Experience with import/export documentation, trade compliance, or regulatory roles
• Familiarity with project tracking or document management tools is highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple streams of work
