About the role
We’re looking for a Blog/Copywriter with a passion for storytelling and a meticulous eye for editorial quality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic digital environment, loves to write, and can consistently produce compelling content that aligns with brand voice, SEO strategy, and performance goals.

This role's primary focus is blog writing, supported by additional content creation and editorial tasks across various channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and SEO teams to ensure your work engages and performs.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, proofread, and publish three blog posts per week using established templates and processes.


• Produce two video scripts per week, including formats such as talking head content and paid ads.


• Review social media captions.


• Develop one case study per month by interviewing key stakeholders and coordinating layout or formatting as needed.


• Complete one lead magnet per month in coordination with internal teams.


• Ensure all content is aligned with SEO strategies and KPIs in collaboration with the SEO team.


• Regularly review SEO reports, update meta descriptions, and assign technical fixes as needed.


• Track and optimise the performance of content.


• Maintain and improve internal content systems and SOPs to support efficient production workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on copywriting and blog writing experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency setup.


• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, human-centered content without over-relying on AI.


• Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and aligning with brand voice, tone, and storytelling structure.


• Proven ability to write SEO-optimised blog content.


• Experienced in creating newsletters and lead magnets (not required, but highly regarded).


• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets for content collaboration.


• Ability to create and manage efficient content repurposing workflows.


• Understanding of SEO tools like SEMrush and the like (not required, but highly regarded).


• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for ideation and content enhancement, while ensuring outputs are humanised and aligned with brand standards.


• Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a distributed, remote team.


• Confident with Slack for team communication and review coordination.


• Knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and etc, is highly regarded, but not required.
