Brand Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Graphic Designer who can bring storytelling, emotion, and cohesion to every brand touchpoint. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital platforms — translating our mission and values into stunning, elevated design that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and seasonal moments.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Design across multiple formats — including web, email, print, out-of-home (OOH), and organic social.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to craft cohesive brand stories.
• Partner with Product and Innovation teams on packaging design and brand storytelling.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, emotionally engaging visuals that drive impact.

• 4+ years of experience in brand or campaign design within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns and cohesive brand identity work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to move fluidly from concept to final execution.
