  • Spearhead Growth Initiatives: Conduct in-depth research on products, vendors, and services to identify new revenue streams and support strategic business growth.
  • Champion Problem-Solving: Utilize A3 worksheets (or similar structured methods) to meticulously analyze business challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Drive Profitability:
    • Increase Revenue: Identify new market opportunities, optimize current processes, and propose innovative strategies to boost income.
    • Reduce Costs: Research and negotiate with suppliers, discover operational efficiencies, and minimize unnecessary expenses to improve our bottom line.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to ensure TruPorch Homes maintains a competitive edge.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and compelling recommendations based on your research and analysis for leadership.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality and pricing.
  • Oversee Procurement & Inventory: Efficiently order supplies and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Provide data-backed insights that contribute directly to our long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional team members to implement cost-saving initiatives and enhance overall operational performance.
