THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager who can take ownership of our reporting and analytics while working closely with teams across different regions. This role is hands-on and business-facing—you’ll be responsible for building dashboards, improving reporting, and helping teams make better decisions using data. 

The role will lead the day-to-day BI and reporting function—building dashboards, translating business needs into data solutions, and ensuring stakeholders have clear, reliable insights. You’ll also help improve processes using data and support the growth of our analytics capability over time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Dashboard & Reporting Management 

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio  

• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability  

• Standardize reporting metrics and formats across teams  

Stakeholder & Business Support 

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs  

• Translate business requirements into practical dashboards and reporting solutions  

• Present insights in a clear and easy-to-understand way  

Data & Process Improvement 

• Identify reporting gaps, inefficiencies, and process issues using data  

• Recommend improvements to workflows and reporting practices  

• Support data-driven decision-making across the organization  

BI Operations & Documentation 

• Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and best practices  

• Help improve data organization and reporting structures  

• Support and guide junior analysts where needed
