Civil Engineer (Civil 3D - US Based Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with strong proficiency in Civil 3D to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination abilities and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that all design and drafting outputs meet the highest quality standards. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

• Produce and manage high-quality designs and drawings using Civil 3D.
• Perform thorough quality checks, including spelling, labels, annotations, and identification of layer overlaps or inconsistencies.
• Visualize projects in their entirety and create comprehensive lists of identified errors, along with documented corrections.
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional reports on findings and project status.
• Apply proper self-checking methods and drafting error prevention processes.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (licensed preferred).
• Atleast 7 years of work experience in Civil Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D with proven hands-on project experience.
• Proficiency in the imperial system of measurement.
• Excellent attention to detail and disciplined approach to quality control.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work following Pacific time zone.
