Civil Engineer (Hydraulics & Hydrology) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in drainage modeling, GIS, and hydraulics/hydrology to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and is proficient with Autodesk and Autodesk XPSWMM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze drainage models using Autodesk and XPSWMM
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) analyses to support project designs and compliance
• Utilize GIS tools for mapping, data analysis, and integration with engineering models
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for drainage and H&H projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project deliverables
• Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering with a focus on hydraulics and hydrology
• Proficient in Autodesk, Autodesk XPSWMM, and GIS applications
• Strong understanding of drainage systems, stormwater management, and surface water modeling
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
