Bush & Bush Law Group, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Claims Department Specialist to support our claims processing department. This role is vital in ensuring that claims are managed efficiently and that our clients receive the best possible assistance throughout their claims journey.

About the Role:
As a Claims Department Specialist, you will work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to facilitate the claims process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to maintaining high standards in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Processing: Review and process incoming claims from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on their claims, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Collaboration: Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain client files, records, and case documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on pending claims and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their case status.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or legal environment is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client service.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, personal injury law, and claims processes is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Compensation : $4 - $5 an hour.
