Role
: Client Care Coordinator

Monthly Rate: $1250-2500/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 8 AM - 5 PM PDT

⚠️ Take a moment to review everything before hitting submit. Following these steps carefully will help avoid any delays or disqualification.

Experience Needed:

- Schedule and manage appointments for clients 

- Follow up on medication refills and ensure prescriptions are up to date 

- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and clients to ensure seamless communication 

- Order groceries and other necessary supplies for clients 

- Provide caregiver orientation, including paperwork completion and onboarding 

- Track caregiver licensing and certifications; send reminders for renewals 

- Monitor and document daily activities and tasks in Will Sky software 

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and caregiver assignments 

- Oversee caregiver schedules, ensuring accurate logging in and out of shifts 

- Ensure proper reporting and task completion with a focus on accuracy and timeliness 

- Develop and maintain materials for clients and caregivers, such as informational packages 

- Assist in hiring caregivers, conducting interviews, and managing orientation processes 

- Track transportation arrangements for clients and caregivers 

- Provide regular updates and reports to ensure all tasks are completed and nothing is missed

Good to have:

- Previous managerial experience

- Excellent English skills (writing and grammar)
