1. Submissions:
a. Assist in reviewing submissions in Magnit and makes sure all details align with the
recruiter’s submission packet.
b. Approve or decline submissions.
c. Changing details in nexus where needed (start or end dates/rates etc.)
2. Coordinating offer calls/ Offer details:
a. Sending out offer details to delivery to coordinate offer call.
b. Scheduling calls with delivery teams around my client meetings
& schedule for the day.
c. Eventually assisting with nexus- Changing status/making sure dates
and rates are correct before offer.
d. Double checking details in nexus match the work order in the new hire.
3. Assisting with compliance follow up:
a. Go through pending starts for the coming weeks and follow up on
missing compliance to get the workers cleared.
b. Eventually assist in reaching out to the candidates for follow up if they
are unresponsive/having difficulty completing compliance.
c. Checking in nexus to ensure workers set to start are on
track percentage-wise to start on the scheduled start date.
d. Follow up with workers on final emails for expiring compliance.
4. Confirmation forms once accepted:
a. Filling out based on the details of the offer and details in nexus (RTO
etc.)
b. Assisting with updating confirmation forms if any details change
while in compliance.
5. Assisting with terminations/ Client feedbackissues:
a. Updating in the system.
b. Updating the worker (eventually) & the delivery teams.
c. Updating nexus/Labor edge.
d. Reviewing booked and active workers to ensure everyone
is working/starting etc.
6. Extensions:
a. Assisting with creating extensions in nexus.
b. Sending out extension request emails to delivery/coordinate RTO requests
and updating excel sheets- (Maybe eventually have the assistant handle
extension communication with the Rightsourcing extension coordinator).
c. Sending out work orders after extension acceptance (Ysabella will help with
this as well but I think it would be good to take it off her desk).
7. First-day information emails:
a. On busy weeks where I have more than 10 starts; assist with writing
up and sending first-day information emails
b. Confirming with the workers' Via call/Text that they have received
and reviewed first-day information.
8. Take up more job duties as assigned
