Job Description - Client Service Administrator II

Position Summary

The Client Service Administrator II is responsible for delivering excellent telephone-based customer support and conducting detailed dental benefit research. This role manages and responds to client inquiries across various platforms, ensures accurate data entry, and supports multiple systems including Dentifi programs and fax requests. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to meet performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Work from Home
  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM PH Time
  • Operations Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 11 PM to 8 AM, Friday 10 PM to 7 AM PH Time

    Responsibilities


    • Respond to incoming client phone calls and accurately input benefit request information.

    • Process Dentifi requests related to dental benefits, plan matching, insurance comparison, and fax mapper functions.

    • Manage incoming fax requests through the designated fax request program.

    • Communicate effectively with clients, adhering to department protocols and communication standards.

    • Maintain productivity levels in accordance with department goals and KPIs.

    • Follow quality assurance guidelines to ensure accurate and professional service delivery.

    • Demonstrate professionalism and cooperation in a team environment, including the ability to cope with job-related stress, receive feedback constructively, and stay focused during work hours.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience


    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; OR

    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training; OR

    • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

    • Experience with dental insurance is a plus

    Language Skills


    • Ability to read and interpret procedural documents such as manuals and guidelines.

    • Ability to write clear and concise correspondence.

    Mathematical Skills


    • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

    Reasoning Ability


    • Ability to interpret and apply instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule format.

    Computer Skills


    • Proficient with personal computers in a Windows environment.

    • Familiarity with data entry and client service software is a plus.
