What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
1–2 years of experience as a US Account Manager
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
What will you do?
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective support.
Communicate progress on requirements clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through our solutions.
Prepare account status reports and updates.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly, adhering to SLA guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
Anticipate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to align on client goals and expectations.
Conduct client check-ins to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in products and services.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
