Job Description - Client Success Operations Coordinator

The opportunity

The Client Success Operations Coordinators will work closely with other members of our Client Success team, owning the behind-the-scenes, administrative tasks while their team counterparts focus on client relationships. Client Success Operations Coordinators are expected to build landing pages, set up campaigns in Salesforce, prepare client-facing reports and assist on proposals. This role requires someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and can prioritize important tasks.

Employment Type: Full Time


Location: Philippines 


Working Hours: 9:00pm to 6:00am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10:00pm to 7:00am PHT (NOV-MAR)


 


What you'll do



  • Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Set up and maintain programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry.

  • Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce.

  • Develop client-facing reports using Infogram.

  • Assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development.

  • Generate custom ad hoc reports as needed.

  • Respond promptly to Client Success counterparts to ensure timely task completion.


Who you are



  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools.

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours.

  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection

  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
