Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outreach and maintain direct communication with researchers, investigators, and external study partners
  
• Review and evaluate clinical research protocols and IRB/ethics submissions at a working level
  
• Monitor and update studies within internal research management systems
  
• Review and validate clinical and research data; identify and flag risks or data quality issues proactively
  
• Prepare summaries and reports to support the research team
  
• Support research documentation and compliance -related activities
  
• Adapt to evolving research priorities and contribute to process improvements
  
• Leverage AI tools and modern analytics to enhance research workflows
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Science, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field — strong academic background is a priority
  
• 2–6 years of experience in clinical research, research operations, or a related field
  
• Hands -on experience with remote study monitoring or data review (on -site CRA experience is not the focus)
  
• Familiarity with IRB/ethics submissions and regulatory documentation at a working level
  
• Experience using CTMS, EDC, or similar internal research management systems
  
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining direct communication with researchers and study partners
  
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to data quality and integrity
  
• Tech -savvy and open to AI -enabled research workflows
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  
• Comfortable working in a startup -style environment with evolving SOPs
  
• Able to work aligned with GMT+1 collaboration hours
  

Nice to Have

• Background in data science or statistical analysis
  
• Experience in medical device, biotech, or health technology research
  
• Prior experience in a remote or non -traditional research environment
