Collection Specialist

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Collection Specialist with 2–3 years of US healthcare billing experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in processing medical billing, submitting prior authorizations, and accurately entering patient information into billing systems. Proficiency in Office Ally or Salesforce is required, along with strong English communication skills, as this role involves direct interaction with clients and their teams in a fully remote setup.

• Monday to Friday | 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time
• Following US Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Submit requests for prior authorization to insurance companies.
• Load new patients into Practice Management billing software.
• Process FFS (Fee-for-Service), ECM (Extended Care Management), and CCM (Chronic Care Management) billing.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Will utilize tools such as Athena, Office Ally, and Salesforce.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of billing experience in US Healthcare.
• Very good English skills (will be working with and communicating directly with the client and the client’s staff).
• Experience with Office Ally, Sales Force, or Athena, but Office Ally or Sales Force is preferred.
