Collections Specialist (Work from Home)

We are a boutique firm that provides high end, white glove legal representation to clients being charged with criminal offenses anywhere in the state of Texas. Our firm is suited to handling any criminal offense, no matter how large or small; anything from petty theft to murder. ​We are seeking a Legal Collections Assistant to join our Texas-based law firm, playing a vital role in collections, billing processes, and providing administrative support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Reach out to clients via phone, email, or mail to notify them of outstanding balances and discuss potential payment arrangements.
• Administrative Support: Provide support to attorneys with scheduling, preparing documents, managing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
• Account Management: Track and maintain accurate client account records, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments and account updates.

• ​We require candidates to have at least three years of experience as a Collections Representative. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• ​We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Candidates must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection.
• Must be amenable to working night shifts and overtime.
