Job Description - Content Manager

GrowBeyond (a division of GrowFactor) helps UK businesses build efficient offshore teams by connecting them with top talent from the Philippines. We work with founders and business owners who want to scale smarter — freeing up their time through reliable, high-performing remote professionals.

 

We are looking for an experienced to take ownership of Emmy Brunner’s content ecosystem. This role will manage content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization across the website, email, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate understands purpose-driven content, storytelling, and how to turn long-form ideas into consistent, high-quality content that builds authority, trust, and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Create and manage a clear content strategy aligned with business goals
Build and maintain an editorial/content calendar
Plan content around programs, launches, events, and key campaigns
Write and edit blog posts, website content, email newsletters, and long-form articles
Repurpose content across platforms (blog → email → social)
Ensure all content matches the brand voice, tone, and messaging
Upload, update, and manage content on the website (CMS)
Apply basic SEO best practices to blog and website content
Optimize existing content for clarity, engagement, and performance
Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions)
Use insights to improve future content and strategy
Work closely with the founder to shape messaging and thought leadership
Coordinate with designers, video editors, or external partners if needed

 

Skills & Experience:

 

3+ years experience in content management, content marketing, or editorial roles
Strong writing and editing skills (long-form and short-form)
Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Kajabi, or similar)
Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Experience in coaching, wellness, or personal development industries
Email marketing experience
Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms
Background working with founders or personal brands


Work Environment:

 

Location: Remote (Philippines only).
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week — ideally during UK business hours
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
