Job Role: Content Producer (Video)

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: A full-service digital marketing and design agency that combines creative and analytical expertise to help brands grow online. They provide strategy, branding, content, SEO/SEM, and customer-journey design to elevate engagement and conversions.

Role Overview: The Content Producer (Video) is responsible for conceptualising, producing, and delivering high-quality video content that supports brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives. Working within a full-service digital marketing and design environment, this role blends creativity with strategic thinking to create video assets that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support measurable growth outcomes. The position requires strong production skills, an understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to collaborate with strategy, branding, and performance teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, produce, and edit engaging video content aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and performance teams to develop video concepts that support SEO/SEM, paid media, and customer journey initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Create video assets tailored for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize video content for engagement, reach, and conversion performance across digital channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all video outputs.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and asset organization to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up to date with emerging video trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia roles within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
  • Experience developing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of brand strategy and performance-driven marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong storytelling ability with attention to visual detail and creative direction.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
