Role: Content Quality Specialist Location: Remote | Philippines Schedule: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone Salary: Open to negotiation based on experience
We’re seeking a Content Quality Specialist to help ensure that all product listings, brand assets, and marketing materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and visual consistency.
In this role, you’ll act as the final checkpoint between creative and publishing—reviewing copy, images, product data, and overall presentation before they go live on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
Your keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and understanding of e-commerce content best practices will help ensure a high-quality, conversion-focused shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve product listings, images, titles, bullet points, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and marketplace standards
Check for grammar, formatting, keyword optimization, and brand tone consistency across listings and campaigns
Audit content for completeness (SKU data, pricing, images, A+ content, videos, etc.) before publication
Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or policy violations in product listings and marketing materials
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and catalog teams to correct and enhance content quality
Maintain updated content quality checklists and SOPs for each platform (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
Conduct periodic content audits to ensure older listings remain up-to-date and optimized
Ensure all content aligns with SEO and conversion best practices
Support the onboarding of new team members on content quality guidelines and standards
2+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, copy editing, or marketplace operations
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, or similar
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with keyword optimization and basic SEO principles
Experience using content management or project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Trello, or similar)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands or marketplaces simultaneously
A proactive, organized, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Experience
Experience reviewing or managing Amazon listings, A+ content, or brand storefronts
Background in e-commerce product data management, copywriting, or creative QA
Understanding of digital asset standards (image resolution, aspect ratios, brand style guides)
