We're now building the next generation of learning content - and we need a Course Creator to help us do it right.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Course Creator to design and build engaging, outcome-driven courses for hotel professionals. You'll work closely with our subject matter experts, coaches, and marketing team to develop both on-demand courses in our LMS and structured materials for our live coaching webinars.

Your work will directly impact how hotel owners and staff learn, grow, and succeed in the digital age.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel coaches and educators to design and structure course content
• Write scripts, create visuals, and develop supporting materials for online learning
• Build and publish courses inside our LMS (e.g., LearnDash)
• Create workbooks, quizzes, slide decks, templates, and checklists to support learning
• Convert webinar content into reusable course modules (and vice versa)
• Ensure course content aligns with learning objectives, brand tone, and industry standards
• Continuously improve existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data
• Help coaches deliver higher-impact sessions with world-class materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design or course creation (portfolio required)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and course-building tools (e.g., LearnDash, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar)
• Strong written English and content structuring skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, digestible learning content
• Excellent collaboration skills - able to work with coaches, designers, and marketing
• Eye for visual consistency and learner experience
• Strong project management and time management skills

Preferred (but not required)

• Background in hospitality, digital marketing, or WordPress
• Experience working with video editing tools (basic level is okay)
• Familiarity with adult learning theory or coaching program design
• Previous work with webinars or live course facilitation
