Job Title: Customer Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Salary: $1200-$1600

Role Overview

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused individual to manage the ordering and onboarding of telecoms services, including telephone systems, broadband, and number porting.

You’ll work closely with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, progressed efficiently, and delivered on time, helping create a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place and manage orders for telecoms services in line with customer requirements
  • Track orders from submission to completion, chasing progress where needed
  • Manage number porting and broadband provisioning, resolving any issues quickly
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and escalate delays where necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep orders aligned with customer expectations
  • Provide updates to customers and respond to order-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and trackers

What we’re looking for

  • Direct experience in telecoms provisioning, order management, or service delivery
  • Hands-on experience with broadband provisioning and number porting processes
  • Experience working with telecoms suppliers and managing live orders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with high accuracy
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Work in a dynamic, supportive team.
