We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to handle tenant inquiries, assist with service calls, and manage rent-related communication. This is a fully remote position, offering work-life balance and a strong support team to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
• Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Weekends Off!
