Job Description - Remote Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Support & Communication



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms.

  • Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.


2. Problem Solving & Escalation



  • Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, using good judgment and empathy.

  • Deliver solutions that align with company policies while ensuring a positive experience.


3. System & Data Management



  • Use CRM systems and support platforms to log interactions, track issues, and update customer records.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.

  • Follow support SOPs and contribute to updating documentation for team knowledge bases.




What We’re Looking For



  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably for U.S.-based clients).

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent.

  • Proficiency in customer support platforms or CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Friendly, professional, and empathetic communication style.

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.

  • Self-Driven, Proactive Mindset – This role is for someone who naturally takes the initiative and actively finds ways to contribute.
