Job Description - Customer Support and Marketing Coordinator - Work from home
This is a hybrid support role that sits across marketing and customer experience. The position provides day-to-day assistance in managing customer inquiries, updating records, and supporting influencer outreach and campaign coordination. Working closely with both the Customer Experience and Marketing teams, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident in communicating across email and social media platforms.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, website, and social media channels in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding product usage, ingredients, shipping, returns, and policies.
Troubleshoot order-related issues and liaise with logistics or internal teams as needed.
Track and escalate complex queries or complaints for resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range and customer service policies.
Update customer records and ticketing systems.
Influencer Outreach & Support
Assist with the identification of relevant influencers in the wellness, menopause, and health space.
Initiate outreach using approved scripts and messaging via email or social media DMs.
Track and coordinate influencer partnerships, including product gifting and campaign deliverables.
Maintain influencer CRM spreadsheets or software tools.
Support the Influencer Lead in reporting, follow-ups, and content tracking.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce roles (wellness or health industry experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficient in customer support tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) and Shopify.
Familiarity with influencer outreach or marketing is highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach to customer service.
Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy.
