About the role:

We’re expanding our Data team to deliver best-in-class insights and analytics that empower our audience to make informed investment decisions and meet evolving business needs.

As a Data & Deep Intelligence Lead, you will report to the Chief Product Officer based in Paris. You’ll play a pivotal role in generating unique, market-leading datasets by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Using innovative data collection and analytical techniques, you’ll help enhance transparency and deliver actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of driven data professionals, influence data strategy, and oversee projects that directly impact business outcomes. Your focus will be on acquiring, managing, and integrating both public and private data sources while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Shape Data Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies that balance technical rigor and product needs, collaborating across teams to deliver leading Investment Intelligence solutions.

• Drive Data Quality Initiatives: Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in line with evolving business priorities.

• Develop New Data Assets: Identify opportunities to source and integrate new datasets relevant to market trends and client needs.

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end execution of both short- and long-term projects—overseeing planning, resourcing, and delivery in collaboration with the Data Management team.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate ongoing communication with stakeholders and senior leadership across global offices to align on objectives and expectations.

• Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of 8 and growing professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

Your Qualifications:

This role is based in PH.

• 7–9 years of experience in a data-centric role

• Proven track record in the financial services industry or a similar professional environment

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in data management

• Proficient in data querying, interpretation, and communicating data requirements effectively

• Ability to manage, prioritize, and delegate across multiple concurrent projects

• Solid understanding of how data workstreams align with broader product and business goals

• Technical proficiency in: (Excel, SQL, Data extraction tools, Python, Any major data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English
