Deal Processing Specialist - s4c83

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Deal Processing Specialist. This role is key to ensuring smooth and accurate processing of vehicle sales from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full deal processing lifecycle for vehicle sales

• Prepare, review, and verify deal packs and contracts for accuracy

• Ensure all customer, finance, and vehicle details are correct and compliant

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and admin teams to resolve discrepancies

• Manage settlements, documentation, and compliance checks efficiently

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and assist with reporting

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in deal processing, vehicle sales support, or a similar administrative role in Australia

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work with multiple teams and resolve discrepancies quickly

• Familiarity with DMS systems or CRM software is a plus

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
