Dental Biller- General Dentistry- Open Dental Experience required

We are seeking an experienced Dental Billing Virtual Assistant with a strong background in general dentistry billing. This role requires expert-level knowledge of dental billing processes, accuracy in insurance workflows, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly focused, and confident handling end-to-end dental insurance billing.

Position details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Role: General dentistry billing support

Required experience and traits:

• Strong recent hands-on experience in general dentistry billing
• Expert-level knowledge of CDT codes and dental terminology
• Proficiency in Open Dental
• Strong background in claims submission, billing, and claim status follow-ups
• Experience with Vyne / DentalXChange (attachments and claim workflows)
• Ability to post insurance payments accurately
• Experience auditing accounts and identifying discrepancies
