Job Description - Digital Assistant

Responsibilities

Execute tasks and projects as directed by management, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Collaborate with team members to produce high quality marketing collateral.

Implement and maintain systematic processes to improve efficiency.

Follow detailed instructions and guidelines for complex tasks.

2. Digital Services Support:

Assist in the implementation of projects across Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, and Data Analysis.

Utilise Canva and AI Tools to create marketing images and videos

Generate advertising copy using AI tools

Support data collection and organisation for analysis projects.

Assist with the organisation and communication needed for website development projects.

3. Administrative & Project Assistance:

Utilise Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.

Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritising as directed.

Maintain digital files and documents with meticulous attention to detail.

Utilise Asana for project task tracking and reporting.

Use Toggl for accurate time tracking on client projects.

4. AI & Technology Implementation:

Assist in the implementation and testing of AI automation tools.

Follow instructions to research and stay updated on relevant technology trends.

Continue to develop your prompting expertise

Requirements

Proven experience in an assistant role, ideally within a digital environment.

Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn new software quickly.

Demonstrated ability to follow complex instructions and implement tasks accurately.

Highly methodical and systematic approach to work.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Experience with Google Gemini or ChatGPT

Experience with Asana (project management)

Experience with WordPress for website management

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). 2. Bonus Points:

Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or data analysis concepts.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for content creation is desirable.

Experience in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with AI automation tools.

Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce platform
