About Us

We are a global platform dedicated to helping independent hotels increase direct bookings through digital education, WordPress support, and personalized coaching. Our ecosystem includes live webinars, online courses, campaign support, and marketing strategy, all designed to help hoteliers reduce reliance on OTAs and grow their brand on their own terms.

We now need a Digital Marketing Coach who can bring it all together and guide our clients from strategy to execution.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Coach, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and educator to our hotel clients - helping them improve visibility, boost conversions, and drive more direct bookings across multiple digital channels.

You'll host live webinars, lead group coaching sessions, and offer 1-on-1 guidance, delivering expert advice on topics like advertising, website conversion, email marketing, SEO, and social media. You'll also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that what we teach is actionable, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Run live group webinars and coaching sessions focused on digital strategy for hotels
• Educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals: ads, email, SEO, social, and website optimization
• Review client websites, ad campaigns, and funnels - providing actionable feedback
• Help hotels develop simple, effective marketing plans tailored to their goals
• Work closely with other specialists (ads, email, content) to ensure holistic support
• Support the development of digital learning materials and training resources
• Stay current on trends in hospitality marketing and digital tools

• Direct booking strategy & OTA reduction
• Website optimization and guest journey improvements
• Google & Meta ads (light strategy-level guidance)
• SEO and Google Business Profile
• Social media planning and guest engagement
• Email marketing and upsell flows
• Conversion funnels and performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to drive bookings
• Confident, clear communicator with experience presenting or teaching
• Excellent English (spoken and written) and client-facing skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
• Organized, empathetic, and highly collaborative

Preferred (but not required)

• Background in hospitality, tourism, or travel marketing
• Experience as a digital marketing trainer or course facilitator
• Familiarity with WordPress, booking engines, and hotel tech tools
• Understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Ads reporting, etc.)
