Job Description - Digital Marketing Coordinator (DTC) - Work from home
We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you're highly organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about bringing campaigns to life, this role is for you.
You’ll be at the center of our marketing operations — helping to manage projects, support influencer activities, oversee content execution, and coordinate with our internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage all marketing campaigns in Notion, assigning tasks and tracking timelines
Oversee the rollout of marketing assets: emails, social content, video projects, and more
Support influencer and ambassador initiatives, including content reviews and communication
Coordinate with the creative team and ensure updates are maintained daily
Write and schedule organic social posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and email campaigns (3x weekly)
Collaborate on sale and launch campaigns: prepare content, manage assets, and set up website promotions
Refresh key website elements (banners, messaging, promo codes) and QA before launch
Set up ManyChat flows to drive organic engagement
Monitor social trends and share creative direction for the team to act on
Upload video content to YouTube and manage FB VIP Group posts
Attend weekly catch-ups and campaign meetings to align on goals and priorities
Collaborate with our CEO and Creative Strategist on campaign ideas and paid ad briefs
Support on additional marketing tasks such as video editing or design, if needed
Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, DTC marketing, or digital campaign coordination
Strong project and task management skills; experience with Notion is ideal
Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and ManyChat
Excellent writing, editing, and content review skills
Familiar with influencer marketing and social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB)
Able to coordinate across teams — from creatives to leadership — and keep projects on track
Comfortable handling multiple campaigns at once while meeting deadlines
Bonus: Background or passion for health and wellness products
