Accountabilities
- Adapt and update course materials in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
- Conduct daily sessions, with flexibility in scheduling, focusing on morning hours.
- Support student motivation and assist in resolving learning challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in building and optimizing funnels and managing key metrics.
- Confident use of analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and BI dashboards.
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts and foster student understanding.
- Strong feedback skills focused on student growth and development.
- Proactive and flexible approach, eager to share knowledge with others.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English for working with materials.
